Read this small newspaper clipping and then write a blog post about it. What are your thoughts? How does it make you feel? Do you agree? Disagree? Explain yourself.

I think that John Tapene is trying to create a world where dreams don't exist. He's basically trying to replicate the Giver in a way to where people will do what is needed. Instead of living people lives everyone will be a robot, literally.

What is a Public Service Announcement? If you don't know what it is, Google it. In your own words, now tell me what it is? What are they used for? Can you recall an example of a PSA you've seen before?

A Public Service Announcement is any type of broadcast to the public. Sometimes they are used to tell important info and other times they are for entertainment purposes. I have seen the MTV awards before so i think that counts as A PSA.

After watching the short clip of Ashton Kutcher's acceptance speech what did you take away from his advice? What does this quote mean to you -"Everything around you that you call life was made up by people that were no smarter than you, and you can change it, you can influence it, you can build your own things that other people can use."

This quote tells me that you should be smart and thoughtful. It describes being thoughtful as listening to others and being nice to one another. It also describes "sexy" as being smart in your own world that you build and live in. Basically "Chris" Ashton Kutcher is saying that you should be smart, thoughtful and go your own way so that others could follow in your path of niceness and generosity.  Having Ashton Kutcher admit that  Ashton was his middle name, he then confessed that his first name is actually Chris and that he became Ashton as soon as his acting career took off. Ashton Kutcher taught us a life lesson that we shouldn't forget.
